This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders **within India**


1. Order Processing Time

* Orders are processed **within 1–3 business days** after payment confirmation.

* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

* Custom-made or personalized jewellery may require **5–10 additional days**.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship orders through trusted courier partners like **Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC**, etc.

Estimated delivery timelines (India only):

*Within the same city:** 2–4 business days

*Within the state:** 3–6 business days

*Within India:** 4–8 business days

*Remote or rural areas:** 7–12 business days

> Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen issues.


3. Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

* **Free shipping** may be offered on selected products or above a certain order value.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a **Tracking ID** through:

* SMS

* Email

* WhatsApp (if applicable)

You can track your order through the courier partner’s tracking link.


5. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

Tasha Jewelleries is not responsible for:

* Incorrect or incomplete addresses

* Failed delivery due to an unavailable recipient

* Lost packages due to wrong customer information

If a package returns due to an incorrect address, **reshipping charges will apply**.


6. Delay in Delivery

Delays may occur due to

* Courier service issues

* Weather conditions

* Courier network limitations

* Remote locations

* Festivals or public holidays

Tasha Jewelleries will help track your parcel but is not liable for courier-caused delays.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your product arrives damaged:

1. Take clear **photos or a video** immediately.

2. Contact us within **24 hours** of delivery.

3. We will assist with a replacement or courier claim.

We are not responsible for packages marked **“Delivered”** by the courier but not received.


8. Change of Address After Order

If you need to modify the delivery address:

* Contact us **within 6 hours** of placing the order.

* Changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
